Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from Indigo Cherry. Please read them before you order. They sit alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, and nothing in them takes away your legal rights as a consumer.

Who we are

Indigo Cherry is the trading name of Sharmaine (Cherry) Lenaghan, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at indigocherry2025@gmail.com, and our full contact details are on our Contact Information page. We are not VAT registered.

Your order

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm your order, or when we send your digital download, whichever is first. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are delivered by email straight after payment. When you buy one, you are buying a licence to download and print it for your own personal use, as many times as you like. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute the files, or sell anything made from them. The designs remain our property.

Because a download is supplied immediately, you agree at checkout that you lose your right to cancel once the download has begun. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty or not as described. See our Refund Policy for details.

Personalised items

For personalised items we use the names, dates and other details you give us exactly as you enter them. We send a proof for you to check before anything is printed, so please read it carefully. Once you approve a proof we cannot change it, and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the approved proof.

Made-to-order and printed items

Most of our physical items are made to order by trusted print partners. Colours can look slightly different on screen than in print, and small variations are normal and are not a fault. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and on each product page.

Returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return and get a refund are set out in our Refund Policy.

Our responsibility to you

If we fail to keep to these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for any business losses, as our products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Using our website

All text, images and designs on this website belong to Indigo Cherry unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
